The NerdQaxe Rev7 Hydro is a water-cooled Bitcoin home miner built around the proven BM1370 7nm ASIC, delivering 6 TH/s of SHA-256 hashrate at around 100W. Rev7 improves on the NerdQaxe Hydro Rev6 with a redesigned power module for cleaner power delivery to the ASIC chips.
The integrated liquid cooling loop—water block, braided tubing, and radiator with RGB fan—keeps chip temperatures low under continuous load, so the miner runs quieter and more stably than a comparable air-cooled unit. It runs on open-source AxeOS firmware, mines solo or in a pool, and is managed from a simple web dashboard.

The NerdQaxe++ Hydro Rev7 is a water-cooled, open-source ASIC miner designed for Bitcoin (BTC) solo mining at home . It uses the SHA-256 algorithm and can also mine other SHA-256 coins like Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Bitcoin SV (BSV) .
Water cooling allows the four BM1370 ASICs to run at higher clock speeds without thermal throttling, delivering ~6 TH/s compared to the ~4.8 TH/s of the air-cooled NerdQaxe++ . It also moves the noise from a fan on the board to the radiator, making it significantly quieter for living spaces .
Yes. The water-cooling loop transfers heat to a radiator, eliminating the high-pitched fan noise directly above the ASIC chips. The noise profile is “more restrained, at the radiator,” making it suitable for home offices, living rooms, and homelabs .
Rev7 replaces the earlier power-delivery design with a TPS546D24A two-phase voltage-regulator configuration derived from the Bitaxe GT. This provides cleaner, more stable power delivery to the ASIC chips under continuous high load, improving efficiency and hardware longevity .
