2. In warranty time, the customer bears the postage of product to send back, Bitdeer bears the postage to send back to the customer.
For machines outside the warranty, the customer needs to pay for maintenance and postage, machines paid on arrival will be rejected.
3. Do not assemble the faulty computing plate of multiple mining machines into one mining machine for maintenance.
4. Under normal circumstances, the maintenance cycle is about one week to complete the repair and return.
