1 -Payment

Given the specific dynamics of the miner market, when we receive your payment, the miner’s price may have changed and we may need to refund your order.

We use batch processing for all mining machine orders, and the quantity of each batch is very limited. Even if the same type of mining machine is, different batches of mining machine prices are not the same. They’re selling fast. Given the highly variable market and demand, the prices of stock miners may vary from day to day. Therefore, there is a possibility that by the time we receive your payment, the price of the mining machine has gone up and we need to refund your order.

2 – About stock miners

The delivery date of stock ASIC miner is 3-7 working days. Once we receive your order, we will immediately notify our technical center staff to test the machine you ordered to make sure it works well. We’ll also send you a video for confirmation. We will send the machine to you only after we confirm that all the properties of the machine are correct. Then, we will give the machine to our freight forwarder. We will update the waybill number on our website and you will receive a detailed email.

3 – About pre-purchase miners

The actual delivery date of the pre-ordered miner depends on the miner delivery date of the factory. We will indicate on the order page the estimated delivery month of the pre-ordered miner for your consideration. However, there may still be a delay in delivery. First, if the factory delivery date is delayed, then the delivery of the X-ON MINING Mining machine will also be delayed. It is also possible that the plant will not be able to produce the mining machine within the expected time, in which case we will process your order for a refund.

③Packaging and Shipping

All mining machines have proper power supply and strict original packaging to ensure the normal operation of the goods.

We do not warranty pre-installed software, its quality, performance, functionality, or compatibility for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet any particular requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. The product is sold “as is”.

All brand-new mining machines have a 180-day warranty, and you can check the details on the official website of the mining machine.
The technical team of X-ON MINING machine manufacturers will provide you with answers to technical, logistic, and other questions all day long to help you solve any problems.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear;
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, mishandling, or improper installation;
Damage to or loss of the product due to undue physical or electrical stress, including but not limited to moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage spikes, extreme temperatures, shipping, or abnormal working conditions;
Damage to or loss of the product due to acts of nature including but not limited to floods, storms, fires, and earthquakes;
Damage caused by operator error or failure to follow the instructions in the accompanying documentation;
Modifications made by anyone other than us, affiliated partners or authorized service facilities;
Products, on which the original software has been replaced or modified by persons other than us, associated partners, or authorized service facilities;
Counterfeit products;
Damage or loss of data due to interoperability with current and/or future versions of the operating system, software, and/or hardware;
Damage or loss of data caused by improper use and conduct not recommended and/or permitted in the product documentation;
Failure of the product due to the use of the products not supplied by us; hash boards or chips are burned.

Refund

All items are non-refundable and the order is non-cancellable. (Except in the case of mining machine price increase due to price fluctuation or in the case of out-of-stock)

Warranty Service

During the warranty period, we agree to repair or, at our sole discretion, replace a defective product with an identical or similar (e.g.,newer) version of the product, unless the defect was the result of warranty limitations.

At costs associated with the returning of the Product, part or component to our service facility shall be borne by the owner of the product. If the product, part or component is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment.

The warranty period for brand-new devices is 6 months
No warranty period for used devices
Warranty period for the Antminer S19 series is 1 year.
