1. Goldshell provides 180 days of warranty service, and for products not covered by “non-warranty”, Goldshell provides free repair or replacement service.
2. During warranty time, the customer bears the postage to send back; for machines outside the warranty, the customer needs to pay for maintenance and postage; machines paid on arrival will be rejected.
3. For any after-sales request and its resolution (including return, replacement, or repair), you will need to follow the shipping and packaging instructions.
