Manual Operation Instruction of XON Box V6

Step 1:Place mining machine in the rack and ensure that the front of mining machine(fan) is aligned with beam of the front of rack.

Step 2: Place 9 sets of S21/T21 mining machines vertically inside each layer of the rack from floors 1 to 7.

Step 3: Connect 1pcs of ethernet cable to the mining machine.

Step 4: Connect the PDU and the mining machine with an AC cable.

Step 5: Turn on the Main Switch

Step 6: Turn on the Branch Switch of the Rack

Step 7: Turn on the mining machine one by one(Turn the switch of PDU for corresponding mining machines to ON).

Environmental Requirement of Mining Field

The ground should be hardened enough to support up to 3 floors(22t)

The flatness of the ground should be within ±1。

The broadband of the internet in the field should be above 100M

The ether cable should be SFTP and CAT5e or above

XON Box v6 -Recommendation For Layout in Mining Field

Layout Suggestions:

● Length assembly: recommended not more than 2 sets, 23.2 meters

● Layout: Single-layer air intakes are opposite each other. It is recommended that the transformers should be located at the side of the air intakes with a distance of more than 8 m

● The air outlet is opposite, the recommended distance is more than 6 meters, and the transformer is located on the side of the air inlet

● The spacing between each group is more than 2 meters

● Use environment: -25-40 degrees Celsius, humidity: 10-90%R

● Double-layer multi-group layout, please consult the transformer manufacturer for safe spacing of transformers.

● Arrangement: The air inlets are opposite each other. It is recommended that the distance between them is more than 9 meters. The transformer is located on the side of the air inlet.

● The air outlets are opposite each other. It is recommended that the distance be at least 5 meters. The transformer should be located on the side of the air inlet.

● Container spacing: The spacing between each group is more than 2 meters Usage environment: -25-45。C degrees Celsius, humidity: 10- 90%RH

Notes on Transportation, InstallATION, and UtiLization of XON Box v6

● A crane or a fork truck supporting 10T should be prepared by the client.

● XON Box should be placed on the ground with ±1°flatness.

● The ground should be hardened enough to support up to 20t if 2 layers are overlapped.

● Facilities including but not limited to the transformer, cable, cable tray, and cable distribution box are not on the list of the Mmc Box package.

● Operating Condition: Temperature -25°C~40°C; Humidity: 10%RH~90%RH.The cooling pad system should turned on when the ambient temperature is higher than 35 C. In areas with high temperatures and humidity, the operating temperature should not be over 40. The inlet and outlet shutters should be closed and the internal temperature should be warned up to above 0℃ before starting machines while operating in the area with ambient temperature below 0 ℃.

● Sea level: ≤2000 meters. Derating of transformer and switch should be taken into account with 1% of derating per each 100meters increased.

● Note: The operating temperature of XON Box could not be deemed as the same as mining machines.

● The opening direction of the container door should be confirmed. The door is on the left side in default facing against the air inlet.

Others

● A fire extinguisher with 4kg ABC dry powder and a rack needs to be prepared by the client.

● Smoke sensors support 24V needs to be prepared by the client. Connection cables are prepared well on the top of the container.

● There is only one camera focusing on the opening direction of the left door. The clients should remove this camera from the entrance door if a series of containers are placed together. Ethernet port and power outlet are reserved around the side of the entrance door.

● Cabling ladders are required for inlet wires, cabling racks are used to fix the cables.

● Only the top of the container is with thermal isolation layers, simple umbrellas are recommended to set up on top of containers.
