1 -Payment
Given the specific dynamics of the miner market, when we receive your payment, the miner’s price may have changed and we may need to refund your order.
We use batch processing for all mining machine orders, and the quantity of each batch is very limited. Even if the same type of mining machine is, different batches of mining machine prices are not the same. They’re selling fast. Given the highly variable market and demand, the prices of stock miners may vary from day to day. Therefore, there is a possibility that by the time we receive your payment, the price of the mining machine has gone up and we need to refund your order.
2 – About stock miners
The delivery date of stock Miner is 3-7 working days. Once we receive your order, we will immediately notify our technical center staff to test the machine you ordered to make sure it works well. We’ll also send you a video for confirmation. We will send the machine to you only after we confirm that all the properties of the machine are correct. Then, we will give the machine to our freight forwarder. We will update the waybill number on our website and you will receive a detailed email.
3 – About pre-purchase miners
The actual delivery date of the pre-ordered miner depends on the miner delivery date of the factory. We will indicate on the order page the estimated delivery month of the pre-ordered miner for your consideration. However, there may still be a delay in delivery. First, if the factory delivery date is delayed, then the delivery of the X-ON MINING Mining machine will also be delayed. It is also possible that the plant will not be able to produce the mining machine within the expected time, in which case we will process your order for a refund.

BUYER PROTECTION
Warranty Limitations
We offer no warranty for pre-installed software, its quality, performance, functionality, or compatibility for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet specific requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. The product is sold “as is”.
- All brand-new mining machines have a 180-day warranty, and you can check the details on the official website of the mining machine.
- The technical team of x-on mining machine manufacturers will provide you with answers to technical, logistics and other information throughout the day to help you solve any problems.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty does not apply to:
- normal wear and tear;
- damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or improper installation;
- damage or loss of the product caused by undue physical or electrical stress, including but not limited to moisture, corrosive environments, high voltage surges, extreme temperatures, shipping, or abnormal working conditions;
- damage or loss of the product caused by acts of nature including, but not limited to, floods, storms, fires, and earthquakes;
- damage caused by operator error, or non-compliance with instructions as set out in accompanying documentation;
- alterations by persons other than us, associated partners, or authorized service facilities;
- products, on which the original software has been replaced or modified by persons other than us, associated partners, or authorized service facilities;
- counterfeit products;
- damage or loss of data due to interoperability with current and/or future versions of the operating system, software, and/or hardware;
- damage or loss of data caused by improper usage and behavior which is not recommended and/or permitted in the product documentation;
- failure of the product caused by the usage of the products not supplied by us;
- hash boards or chips are burnt.
Refund
All items are non-refundable and the order is not cancelable. (Except in the increase in mining machine prices due to the fluctuation of prices or in the case of out-of-stock)
Warranty Service
During the warranty period, we will undertake to repair, or based on our sole discretion, to replace a defective product by an identical or similar (e.g. newer) version of the product, unless the defect was the result of Warranty limitations.
The costs incurred in connection with the return of the product, part, or component to our service processing facility shall be carried by the product owner. If the product, part, or component is returned uninsured, you assume all risks of loss or damage during shipment.
Warranty Period for all Miners
- The warranty period for brand-new machines is 6 months
- No warranty period for used machines
- Antminer S19 series machine warranty period is 1 year

1 — Transportation costs and all other costs (if any) pertaining to the return of a product shall be under the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
